PRAYER LOOM

À prayer loom gives us an opportunity to pray with our hands and creates a visual representation of our conversations with God. Weaving together prayers with other's (in community) reminds us how our lives and longings are knit together in God.

What to do:

Choose a piece of ribbon, wool or yarn to represent a person, situation or thing you want to prayer for. Cut it longer than the width of the frame.

Weave it slowly through the loom in prayer. Leave the ends of the ribbon, wool or yarn hang past the frame.
